We invite you to experience an outstanding work opportunity as Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at our hotel, where each day presents a chance to overcome challenges and grow professionally. What do I need? * Technical degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, Control Technician, Mechanical Technician, or Electrical Technician (graduated, recent graduate, or intern). * Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience in a similar position. * Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday, and half-day Saturdays (weekend on-call duties required). Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all facilities. * Maintain emergency power plant, electrical installations, air conditioning systems, water heaters, hydro-pneumatic systems, filtration systems, water treatment systems, industrial washing machines and dryers. * Plumbing and sanitary installations. * Finishes (plaster, painting, etc.). * Vendor management.
