Production Supervisor

Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer or related professional with experience in plastic manufacturing to supervise production, ensure quality, and manage personnel, processes, and equipment—guaranteeing efficiency and compliance with standards. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in polyethylene film extrusion and blow film processes 2. Comprehensive management of production and quality processes 3. Leadership and training of operational staff • Academic background: Industrial Engineering or related field • Knowledge of polyethylene film extrusion and blow film processes. • Enforce safety regulations • Meet production schedule • Manage operational staff • Assign tasks while ensuring adherence to production orders (volume, quality, and time) • Implement 6S, organization, and material placement • Manage supply of semi-finished products, packaging materials, and consumables • Verify through routine monitoring that operators and processes comply with quality standards according to tolerances and specifications. • Immediately halt any process or machine where deviations from tolerances and specifications are identified. • Resolve the process condition that caused the defect. • Ensure personnel under supervision know the procedure to follow in case of defects in finished or semi-finished products • Report equipment failures and track repairs • Manage appropriate work tools per process (production order, quality checklist, operational production report) • Ensure proper recordkeeping and integrity of production data (operational report) • Waste control • Support operational staff, coaching • Report shift production results and identify/report deviations • Staff training • Shift handover • Minimum three years of experience in manufacturing processes (plastics), knowledge and operation of extrusion machines (calibration and adjustment), and use of measuring instruments. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Driver's license: A Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, coordinator, manager, captain, production, produce, fabrication, manufacturing, elaboration, making, manufacture, production
