Responsibilities * Direct administrative and organizational support to management. * Management and archiving of physical and digital documents. * Preparation of reports and data entry. * Tracking of payments, invoices, receipts, and other administrative matters. * Scheduling management, calls, messages, and reminders. * Coordination support for internal activities. * Timely tracking of pending tasks and information control. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative functions or a similar position. * Knowledge of administration and basic accounting. * Proficiency with computers, email, Microsoft Office suite, and digital tools. * Ease of use with mobile phones, messaging apps, and organization and tracking tools. * Professional appearance. * Excellent attitude, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Ability to handle multiple pending tasks simultaneously. * Discretion, responsibility, and commitment.
