




Position Summary: This position manages, organizes, and maintains students' academic and administrative information, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient follow-up of academic processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages students' academic and administrative information. 2. Ensures compliance with internal and institutional regulations. 3. Provides efficient support and follow-up for academic processes. **Position Objective:** To manage, organize, and keep updated students' academic and administrative information, ensuring compliance with internal and institutional regulations (e.g., SEP or other agencies), as well as providing efficient support and follow-up for academic processes. **Academic Qualifications:** * Technical degree, incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in administrative fields, education, computer science, or related disciplines. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year in administrative or school records functions. * Experience in educational institutions is desirable. **Technical Knowledge:** * Management of student files (enrollment, re-enrollment, withdrawals, graduation, certificates). * SEP regulations and academic guidelines. * Academic management platforms (SICEP, SAE, or similar systems). * Database management, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite. * Document filing and records control. **Skills:** * Organization and attention to detail * Effective communication and courteous interaction * Ability to work under pressure * Discretion and confidentiality in handling data * Teamwork * Administrative problem-solving **Main Responsibilities:** 1\) Document validation: Verification of documentation; validation of academic background (response time: 6 months) 2\) Enrollment and Re-enrollment in SIESCOOL: Initiates the process in the student academic management platform according to the program coordinator’s assignment to the designated group. 3\) Inspection and monitoring: Generates the reconciliation report based on the closing date indicated in the operational calendar to request incorporation payments. 4\) Grade entry: Sends reminders to the academic department via a missing grade entry report (generated by SERV.ESC.). 5\) Administrative procedures: Certificates, academic transcripts, report cards, diplomas 6\) Certification and Graduation 7\.\-Other school records responsibilities Don’t miss this opportunity!
