You are invited to apply for the position of: **Member Service Assistant.** **Requirements:** * High school diploma, bachelor's degree, or incomplete undergraduate studies in economics or administration. * Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Clean credit bureau report. * Good health status. * Excellent personal appearance. **Responsibilities:** * Greet, assist, and bid farewell to customers. * Advise customers during their membership enrollment process. * Provide information and technical guidance regarding products. * Promote digital campaigns. * Administer quality surveys. **Essential Competencies:** customer orientation, verbal fluency, excellent personal appearance. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday. **Work Location: Querétaro (multiple areas).** **We Offer:** For the first 3 months: Base salary + statutory benefits.
