Position Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical or Industrial Engineer with experience as a supervisor in the metal-mechanical field, experience managing unionized personnel, and production control. Production control and organization Mechanical, Industrial Engineer or related degree (Male and Female); Age 30 to 55 years — candidates under this age range will not be considered. \* Please apply only if you reside near the company's address, as we do not provide transportation. \* Experience as a supervisor in the metal-mechanical field. \* Management of unionized personnel and large workforces. \* Line startup, incident handling, production control and organization, frustration tolerance. Knowledge of micro-wire welding (desirable), MIG or TIG.
