




Job Summary: This managerial role seeks a professional with experience to ensure accounting and tax compliance, manage financial resources, and optimize budgets. Key Highlights: 1. Lead financial analysis and administrative process management. **Requirements:** Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years in managerial positions; or 1 year as Controller Required Education: Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Additional Education: Master’s Degree in Finance/Taxation (desirable) **Knowledge** · National and International Financial Reporting Standards. · National tax legislation, and preferably international tax legislation. · Preparation and interpretation of basic financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Changes in Equity). · Budget preparation and control. · ERP systems. · Billing and tax software packages. · Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and other social security laws. **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Objective:** * Ensure that financial and tax information complies with Accounting and Tax Regulations. * Ensure timely and 100% fulfillment of tax obligations and duties related to the position. * Manage the organization’s financial resources, cash flow, and fixed assets. Control the budget to improve spending and investment efficiency, aligned with organizational and fiscal strategy. * Participate in financial analysis for bank credit procurement. **Responsibilities and Functions:** · Preparation and analysis of basic financial statements. · Ensure compliance with tax obligations. · Determine and coordinate annual budget implementation. · Monitor budget execution, investment projects, and financial management. · Conduct financial situation analysis and propose improvement actions. · Enforce administrative area processes and KPIs under supervision: Procurement, Accounting, and Assets. · Contribute to environmental care programs, maintain service quality, and comply with safety and hygiene programs. · National and International Financial Reporting Standards. · National tax legislation, and preferably international tax legislation. · Preparation and interpretation of basic financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Changes in Equity). · Budget preparation and control. · ERP systems. · Billing and tax software packages. · Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and other social security laws.
