Join a team where your knowledge will make a difference.** **JOB FUNCTIONS** **Accounting Recording and Control:** * Independently execute full accounting recording of operations * Prepare income, expense, and journal vouchers in CONTPAQi * Review and validate accounting classifications **Reconciliations and Analysis:** * Prepare bank reconciliations for multiple accounts * Perform reconciliations of complex accounting accounts * Analyze aging of balances and propose corrective actions **Tax Compliance:** * Calculate and determine monthly federal taxes (VAT, Income Tax, withholdings) * Prepare and file monthly tax returns with SAT * Generate DIOT and electronic accounting records * Respond to SAT requests **Closings and Reporting:** * Execute monthly accounting closings * Prepare preliminary financial statements * Prepare analytical financial reports for Management Essential Requirements: **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree preferred) * Diplomas or certifications in tax areas (desirable) **Experience:** * **1 to 3 years of verifiable experience in general accounting** * Experience in accounting firms or accounting departments * Demonstrable experience in tax determination * Proven ability to manage monthly accounting closings **Technical Knowledge:** * ASPEL **intermediate\-advanced level (MANDATORY)** * Intermediate\-advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic macros) * Advanced knowledge of NIF (Financial Information Standards) * Income Tax Law and VAT Law \- practical application * Monthly tax returns, DIOT, electronic accounting * SAT, IMSS, and Infonavit portals **Skills:** * Autonomy and independence in task execution * Financial analysis and resolution of complex problems * Effective communication (oral and written) * Ability to work under pressure during closing periods * Advanced organizational skills and management of multiple projects * Punctuality, commitment, and responsibility * Integrity and absolute confidentiality **WE OFFER** * **Salary: $**12,000 to $13,000 Net Monthly * Payment method: Biweekly * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits * **Work Modality:** On-site employment in Col.
