**Position: Junior Graphic Designer + Web Creator** **Location:** Querétaro **Salary:** $8,000–$9,000 MXN monthly (depending on skills) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (1 hr lunch break) **Type:** Full-time and in-person **Start date: January 2nd** **About the position** We are looking for a Junior Designer with a strong visual eye, passion for modern aesthetics, and eagerness to learn web development using simple tools (WordPress, Divi, and Elementor). Professional experience is not required, but you must have **visual talent, good judgment, and a desire to grow**. You will be creating: * images, banners, and covers * web page compositions * photo adaptations * visual styles for websites * graphic content for clients We will train you in our complete web process so you can build full websites using our methodology. **Main Responsibilities – Design** * Create web graphics (headers, banners, covers, sliders). * Create graphic pieces (flyers, logos, branding, etc.). * Edit and enhance photos provided by clients. * Design clean, modern compositions with strong visual hierarchy. * Create visual content for social media when needed. * Adapt visual styles to different brands. **Web (training included)** * Build web sections in WordPress using Divi/Elementor. * Publish content on websites with aesthetic precision and organization. * Adapt designs to mobile format. * Export, optimize, and prepare images for the web. * Assist in creating landing pages, blogs, and corporate websites. **Creative Process** * Follow provided visual references and style guidelines. * Work under creative direction. * Suggest aesthetic improvements when necessary. * Maintain a clean, professional, and consistent style. **Requirements** * Basic to intermediate proficiency in **Photoshop** (essential). * Basic knowledge of Illustrator/Canva. * Strong visual sense, aesthetic taste, and attention to detail. * Ability to quickly learn new tools. * Motivation to grow in web design. * Punctuality and responsibility. **Not mandatory, but advantageous if you have:** * prior design experience * personal projects * basic understanding of WordPress * interest in digital marketing **What we offer** * Direct training in WordPress, Divi, and Elementor. * Training in composition, color, layout, and modern design. * Genuine opportunities for career growth within the company. * Young, creative, and professional work environment. * Participation in real brand projects in Mexico and Canada. * Friendly team focused on continuous learning.
