Professional development in an academic and dynamic environment A higher education institution is seeking a passionate and professionally experienced faculty member to teach courses in the field of Communication for the current academic term. We seek an expert capable of delivering both theoretical and practical knowledge in in-person and virtual environments. **Courses to be taught:** * Communication Theory. * Virtual Communication. * Organizational Communication. * Event Coverage and Dissemination. **Position Details:** * **Total weekly workload:** 20 hours per week (distributed according to the academic calendar). * **Class days:** Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. * **Location:** Querétaro, Qro. (In-person). **Academic and Professional Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field (Official degree certificate and Professional License are mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of undergraduate-level teaching experience and/or verifiable professional experience in the subject areas listed above. * **Skills:** Proficiency in virtual learning platforms; excellent writing skills; event organization expertise; and mastery of communication theories. **Required Professional Experience:** * **Teaching:** Minimum 2 years at the undergraduate level. * **Event Specialization:** Verifiable experience in **planning, logistics, execution, and coverage of events** (corporate, academic, cultural, or institutional). It is essential that the candidate master pre-production, production, and post-production phases, as well as media management for event dissemination. **Technical Competencies and Skills:** * Ability to coordinate real-time work teams during events. * Knowledge of **virtual communication** management and digital tools for hybrid events. * Mastery of **Organizational Communication** strategies for stakeholder engagement. * Ability to advise students in developing media plans and dissemination materials (newsletters, run-downs, protocols). **Administrative and Tax Requirements (Mandatory):** To be considered for hiring, the following valid documentation is required: * Capability to issue **electronic invoices (CFDI)**. * Registration under one of the following tax regimes: * **RESICO** (Simplified Trust Regime). * **Individuals Engaged in Business and Professional Activities**. * Submission of a **Positive Opinion on Compliance with Tax Obligations (Form 32\-D)** issued by the SAT, valid for no more than 30 days. * Availability to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. **We Offer:** * **Hourly rate:** $130\.00 MXN. * Timely payment under an honorarium scheme. * A professional and dynamic academic environment.
