




Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer or Technical Superior University Graduate with experience in production, quality, or processes to monitor workflow, manage inventories, and ensure quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Workflow monitoring and schedule compliance 2. WIP and FG inventory management, and tool control 3. Quality observation and production reporting Engineering or TSU in Industrial Engineering (production, quality, metallurgy, processes, or related fields) Their duties and/or tasks may span multiple areas; the following are examples, not exhaustive: · Monitor workflow, ensure schedule adherence, verify material requirements, and control WIP and FG inventories · Complete production control forms for KPI monitoring · Submit daily production, productivity, and line downtime reports; prepare follow-up reports and statistical control charts for management · Handle materials and equipment · Observe product quality during manufacturing and ensure compliance with production standards · Archive and organize physical and digital documents · Draft and review routine documents · Review overtime hours with the Production Manager or Plant Manager; generate required forms for signature collection · Manage WIP material inventories across various departments and support supervisors in coordinating shipments · Manage tool inventories required for operators’ daily operations; create tool control records for tool issuance to personnel · Address unexpected issues to maintain area operations and drive improvements across departments Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $3,000.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
