**Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on telecom towers. * Work at heights while adhering to safety guidelines. * Use and record information on **ODK and Falcon** platforms. * Report field activities and supporting evidence. * Assist with installations, adjustments, and technical corrections. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a telecom tower technician (corrective and preventive maintenance). * Knowledge and experience using **ODK and Falcon**. * Availability for fieldwork and working at heights. * DC3 certification for work at heights and safety is desirable (not mandatory). * Teamwork and accountability. **We Offer:** * **Salary:** $14,000 net per month * **Bonuses:** $2,000 per month * **Day off: Sundays** * **Bi-weekly payment:** on the **13th and 28th** of each month * Statutory benefits * Job stability and growth opportunities in telecom projects Job Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: On-site employment
