




Job Summary: Responsible for driving a van to transport staff, ensuring vehicle maintenance and activity recordkeeping. Key Points: 1. Van driving for staff transportation 2. Reporting of activities and incidents Responsibilities: Drive the van along established routes for staff transportation. · Perform internal and external cleaning of vehicles. · Report daily activities, as well as incidents and malfunctions, to the Transportation Coordinator. · Record trips in logbooks and complete control forms requested by the Transportation Coordinator, in accordance with established service processes. · Conduct daily general inspections of vehicles both before and after service completion to confirm they are in suitable condition for operation. · Interact courteously and respectfully with colleagues from various departments. · Report vehicle malfunctions or incidents involving users to the immediate supervisor. · Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
