AVAILABLE LOCATIONS: • Plaza Galerías Querétaro WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? Your objective is to ensure excellent reception at the branch and courteous farewells to customers. As the first point of contact with guests, you must project a positive image. • Maintain cleanliness of the reception area and supplies. • Greet customers, estimate wait times, assign tables, and present the menu. • Monitor table status and ensure proper setup. • Handle orders from food delivery couriers. • Deliver high-quality customer service. • Be knowledgeable about current menus and promotions. • Support the packaging area (assembling and packing orders, performing services, and producing sauces and dressings). • Perform general cleaning of the establishment. WHAT DO YOU NEED? • Must be of legal age. • Basic documentation required (RFC Certificate, INE, NSS, Birth Certificate, Proof of Address) • Flexible availability, friendly demeanor with customers, sociable, patient, organized, and capable of multitasking.
