




Position Summary: We are seeking a cook to prepare, cook, and present dishes following quality standards and under the supervision of the chef. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and portioning of ingredients according to standards. 2. Execution of base recipes in accordance with technical specifications. 3. Plating dishes following the established presentation. * Prepare ingredients: washing, disinfection, cutting, and portioning according to standards. * Execute base recipes in accordance with technical specifications and defined portion weights. * Operate kitchen equipment safely. * Plate dishes following the established presentation. * Meet service deadlines under pressure and coordinate with other line staff. * Assist with pre-production tasks. * Follow instructions from the chef or kitchen supervisor proactively.
