Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Cash Assistant to manage, safeguard, and control cash income generated from operations, ensuring accurate recording and tracking of transactions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receives and validates cash drops, U.S. dollars, and vouchers. 2. Performs cash and petty cash reconciliations, as well as income control. 3. Participates in operational movements and commercial service collections. Querétaro Bus Terminal Job Description Querétaro Bus Terminal is seeking to integrate into our team a Cash Assistant responsible for receiving, consolidating, safeguarding, and guarding cash income generated by various operational areas, ensuring proper recording and control of transactions. Main Responsibilities * Receive and validate cash drops, U.S. dollars, and vouchers at the end of each shift. * Enter data into the system by location and shift. * Review and reconcile daily reports. * Follow up on discrepancies and clarifications. * Perform cash and petty cash reconciliations. * Prepare deposits and manage income control. * Collect rents and maintenance fees from commercial tenants. * Carry out operational movements such as payments to taxi drivers, baggage handler fees, parking charges, and bus departures. * Provide coin exchange services for bus lines, franchises, and sales points. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or related field. * Experience handling cash and performing reconciliations. * Basic knowledge of administrative systems. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. * Flexible availability for work schedules. * Integrity and responsibility.
