Join our team as BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER OBJECTIVE: Oversee the branch's resource management to ensure optimal operational conditions. Guarantee optimal operation through available resources. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Implement strategies focused on patient care and service * Ensure optimal functioning of the medical unit (procurement of supplies, equipment, consumables, and medications required to sustain operations) * Manage unit income and expenses * Comply with and enforce operational regulations established by various government authorities and corporate guidelines * Ensure unit profitability and achievement of business indicators * Manage unit personnel, exercising and promoting proactive leadership across all administrative and operational teams, aligned with business objectives and focused on continuous improvement and holistic development REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administration or related field * 5 years of experience managing business units such as clinics, hospitals, spas, sports facilities, or similar * 5 years of customer service experience * Accustomed to working under performance-based targets * Business acumen, negotiation skills, results orientation, ability to work under pressure, and planning capability * **Intermediate-to-Advanced Excel proficiency** * Intermediate-to-Advanced English proficiency If you are interested in this position, apply through this channel.
