Published 01\.30\.2026 Company : Safran America Engine Services Job field : Project management Location : Queretaro , Mexico Contract type : Internship / Student Contract duration : Full\-time Required degree : Bachelor's Degree Required experience : First experience Professional status : Student Spoken language(s) : English Fluent \# SAESA SHOP I\-171511 Published 01\.30\.2026 **Job Description** ------------------- * The intern will be responsible for developing an integrated training, growth, and career path plan for different departments within the Technical Direction of SAESA Safran Aircraft Services . * The main objective will be to gather existing initiatives across departments, perform a benchmark study with other Technical Directions within the SAE MRO network, and propose an harmonized development plan for various technical specialties, project management, and leadership roles. * The intern will also be in charge of identifying training needs and monitoring knowledge acquisition across different career levels. * Additionally, the intern will analyze available external training providers, identify missing courses, and explore opportunities to develop internal training materials and instructors. * Finally, the intern will conduct a benchmark of digital solutions used within the SAE MRO network and present a recommendation report to the Technical Direction of SAESA on the most suitable solution. **Job Requirements** -------------------- Degree in Industrial Administration with a specialization in HR, or similar studies. **But what else?
