As an HR Generalist, you will ensure proper execution and compliance of HR processes, serving as the liaison between the company and its employees, promoting an appropriate work environment, regulatory compliance, and efficient administration of personnel and organizational culture. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Degree completed / or letter of completion. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with direct reports. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. Experience developing and implementing policies, procedures, training programs, and performance evaluations. Experience and knowledge in recruitment, personnel administration, and labor relations. Required Skills: Organization and planning. Process orientation. Effective communication. High confidentiality and professional ethics. Conflict resolution.
