Position Request ID: 25914 Country: Mexico Position Location: Acceso IV Nº 6 Zona Industrial Benito Juárez Querétaro, Querétaro 76120 **TRAINING ANALYST** **Position Mission:** Support the execution, administration, and continuous improvement of employee training and development processes, ensuring alignment with business needs, regulatory compliance, and proper operation of internal and external learning programs. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate logistics for delivering internal and external courses (announcements, venues, attendance) * Maintain up-to-date employee training records. * Manage 2-day onboarding induction courses. * Support the recruitment team in signing onboarding documents (NDA, nationality registration, Data Protection Notice, etc.) * Monitor cross-functional onboarding logistics and metrics. * Keep employee training records updated in formats and databases required by relevant authorities. * Participate in activities arising from organizational strategic projects and initiatives. Support the design, updating, and tracking of the KPI assigned to the project and/or initiative. * **Who We Are Looking For:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Pedagogy, Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** 1–3 years of experience in training or organizational development. * **Required Knowledge and/or Software:** Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office 365\. * **Desired Knowledge and/or Software:** * STPS regulations related to training LMS platform experience * **Languages:** Intermediate English. * **Other Requirements:** Availability to work full-time. **Soft Skills:** * Enjoys challenges. * Considers others. * Takes initiative.
