We are looking for: **SERVICE TECHNICIAN** To join our hardware support team and develop within this area, with interest in growing within our company. Requirements: * Excellent attitude and strong motivation to progress. * Education: Bachelor's degree / Engineering in Computer Systems or Electronics. * Knowledge: Preventive and corrective hardware maintenance. * Customer service skills. * **Experience: Technical support for printers and computers; handling barcode equipment.** * Knowledge of Windows, Android, and MS Office. * Basic electronics knowledge. * Empathetic, self-directed, and proactive. **Willingness and ability to travel — mandatory.** **Personal vehicle — mandatory.** Job Responsibilities: * Tracking user requisitions. * Technical support and assistance. * Corrective and preventive hardware and software maintenance. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Work Location: Querétaro (near Boulevares Plaza). Salary: $16,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month. Workplace: On the road
