Job Summary: This position is key to ensuring quality in order delivery, reducing operational errors, and improving efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to strengthen reliability in order delivery **Job Objective** Ensure all orders are prepared, assembled, and shipped without errors by validating product, presentation, quantities, and labeling—guaranteeing compliance with customer requirements and internal standards. Key Responsibilities * Verify orders prior to shipment: * Correct product * Correct presentation * Correct quantity * Correct labeling * Validate quality in: * Packaging * Labeling * Packing * Detect and report operational errors in real time * Support implementation of quality controls and processes * Maintain records of incidents and errors * Assist in operational activities as required * Occasional support in deliveries (if necessary) **Candidate Profile** Education: * Engineering degree (Industrial, Process, Quality, or related field) OR * High school diploma with proven experience in operational quality Experience: * 2–3 years in: * Quality control * Warehouse / logistics * Order inspection * Operational processes Key Skills * Attention to detail (CRITICAL) * Sense of responsibility * Organization and discipline * Ability to detect errors * Proactivity * Clear communication * Quick learning ability Additional Requirements * Valid driver's license * Availability to support operations * Service-oriented attitude and teamwork Desired Competencies * Experience in distribution or food companies * Basic knowledge of inventory control * Familiarity with systems (Odoo preferred, but not mandatory) Job Focus: This position is key to reducing operational errors, improving efficiency, and strengthening reliability in order delivery—serving as a fundamental role in ensuring quality for every outgoing product.
