Route coordination and operator support. ***ADMINISTRATIVE LOGISTICS ASSISTANT – TDQ COMPANY*** ***Job Objective*** To provide administrative and operational support to the logistics and transportation department, ensuring proper document control, tractor-trailer unit tracking, route coordination, operator support, and delivery monitoring—contributing to operational efficiency and adherence to established timelines. ***Functions and Responsibilities*** * Data entry and updating of information in administrative and logistics systems. * Preparation and management of waybills, trip records, logs, and transportation documentation. * Tracking of routes and status of tractor-trailer units. * Monitoring and coordination of deliveries with operators and customers. * Control and archiving of physical and digital documentation. * Support in scheduling loading and unloading operations. * Preparation of administrative and operational reports. * Telephone support and incident follow-up related to transportation. * Validation of operator expenses, per diems, and supporting documents. * Coordination with workshops and maintenance teams for vehicle tracking. * Support in fuel control, fuel efficiency, and mileage tracking. * Tracking of delivery proof and trip documentation. * General support to the administrative and logistics departments. ***Job Profile – Education*** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in: * Administration * Logistics * Transportation * Commerce * Related field ***Experience*** * 1–2 years in administrative or logistics positions. * Experience in freight or tractor-trailer transportation is desirable. ***Knowledge*** * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Document control and data entry. * Basic knowledge of logistics and transportation. * Route tracking and monitoring. * Experience with administrative and/or logistics systems. * Basic knowledge of waybills and transportation documentation. Salary: $3,000.00 – $3,500.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
