IT Technical Support Coordinator

Description

Position Summary: Provide comprehensive technical support to users, manage technological infrastructure, implement cybersecurity measures, and support IT projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support to users and ticket management. 2. Network management, cybersecurity, virtualization, and cloud computing. 3. Support for technology projects and improvement of support processes. • Technical support to users (hardware, software, email, printers, and applications). • Ticket administration and tracking, ensuring compliance with response time requirements (SLA). • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment and corporate applications. • Administration of LAN/WAN networks, internet connectivity, VPN, and system access. • Diagnosis and resolution of connectivity issues, and coordination with telecommunications service providers. • Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and monitoring of technological infrastructure. • User administration, access management, and basic information security policies. • Implementation of cybersecurity mechanisms, business continuity, and disaster recovery. • Use of data preparation and analysis tools such as DataPrep to consolidate operational or technical information. • Support to the IT Manager in implementing technology projects and improving support processes. • Backup and data recovery management • Security devices (perimeter firewall / antivirus / EDR / XDR) • Virtualization and server administration • Cloud infrastructure • Phishing campaigns and user training in cybersecurity • Business analysis / Project management. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – Technological High School Diploma 3 years of experience Age: between 26 and 40 years Keywords: resident, supervisor, sub-manager, responsible, coordinator, manager, captain, support, support, technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist
