Job Summary:
We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage incidents, process payroll, handle social security matters, and support severance calculations.

At Teknei Servicios, we are looking for a Payroll Analyst.
Hybrid work modality
On-site work and remote work
First month: 100% on-site; starting from the second month: hybrid.
**Working Hours:**
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays: Remote work, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* **Incident Management:** Record and validate absences, tardiness, overtime, leaves, and vacations.
* **Payroll Processing:** Support salary, bonus, deduction, ISR, and IMSS calculations using systems such as NOI or Contpaqi.
* **Social Security (IMSS):** Perform employee registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications via the IDSE and SUA portals.
* **Severance and Settlement Calculations:** Support in calculating severance payments.
* **Administration:** Payroll stamping (timbrado).
**Requirements:**
* **Education:** Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field.
* **Skills:** Intermediate Excel proficiency, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
* **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll.
