The collaborator will learn about coworking management in customer service, as well as digital administration and marketing—including the development and implementation of communication strategies and customer acquisition and retention (depending on the area chosen by the collaborator). The collaborator will learn about community coordination within a coworking space and event organization. The collaborator will learn about the services and activities offered in a coworking space for customer acquisition and retention. The collaborator will receive training on coworking-related activities and operations. The collaborator will learn to work collaboratively with the company’s various departments. The collaborator will learn about socio-environmental impact practices within a corporation—both internally and externally—to contribute to achieving the objectives of the 2030 Agenda.
