CBS Customer Service Representative – Billing MISSION: You will be part of a team responsible for managing the billing process and resolving customer billing issues or requests. This role is fundamental to our customer experience interactions and will focus on building positive relationships with both internal and external customers, as well as managing escalated issues. WHAT WOULD YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE?* Manage and Interpret Data: Provide customers with necessary support to investigate, diagnose, and resolve billing-related questions or issues. * Facilitate Effective Oversight: Conduct analyses by investigating billing data, leveraging customer information within ERP and CRM tools. * Be a Trusted Partner: Perform account reconciliations using quantitative and qualitative data; identify potential billing issues and investigate to determine impact on other customers. Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure timely resolution of customer requests. * Customer-Centric Focus: Serve as the internal voice and advocate for the customer. Build strong relationships and respond promptly to customer requests, thereby improving the overall customer experience. * Communicate Results: Ensure timely communication of confirmations, status updates, and resolution of any billing questions or issues. * Contribute to Success: Ensure accurate billing for your assigned customer base. Process manual adjustments or generate manual invoices related to billing or issue resolution. * Identify Opportunities: Continuously identify and pursue opportunities to improve processes and efficiency for the customer; collaborate with the team and other departments to test and implement improvements. REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a customer service-related field. * 1–2 years of customer service experience handling billing operations. * Competencies: Information analysis, problem solving, customer service. * Advanced English (C1 level). * Proficiency with at least one CRM and one ERP system.
