If you are passionate about executing a project from blueprints to final delivery, this is your opportunity! * Minimum 3 years’ experience as Site Manager, with full experience in residential housing (PREMIUM and PLUS) * Accurate knowledge of construction processes * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams * Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Office 365. * Knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, construction execution, supervision of estimates, design, architecture, and blueprint interpretation. * Likewise, expertise in lighting, sanitary, electrical, hydraulic, voice and data installations, interior design, furniture, construction materials, and finishes. * Responsibility for construction execution in accordance with blueprints, ensuring Quality Control. * It is **CRITICAL** to possess extensive practical knowledge of: **Building Codes** — thorough familiarity with the **Building Code** and its **Complementary Technical Standards (CTS)**. * Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (ENGINEERS ARE REQUESTED NOT TO APPLY) If you possess these skills and wish to join LINUM Construction, please send your **updated CV** and your **3D Portfolio (link or PDF)**.
