AREAS TO COVER: QUERETARO SJR TEQUISQUIAPAN RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Supervise and direct security personnel of assigned services. \* Plan security operations in the assigned services. \* Conduct supervision rounds and monitoring of facilities and security areas, identifying and mitigating risks and threats. \* Maintain accurate and detailed records of security operations, including incident reports and security activities. \* Collaborate with all corresponding departments to ensure safety and protection of people and property. \* Provide training and development to security personnel under supervision. \* Evaluate the effectiveness of security operations and identify areas for improvement. REQUIREMENTS: \* Previous experience in private security supervisory positions. (1 year verifiable) \* Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills. \* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \* Know how to drive.
