




**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration **Experience:** 5 years in (Sales Coordination, Sales Executive, Revenue Management, Groups and Banquets Coordination and/or Executive, Reservations) in the Hospitality Industry Must hold a valid driver's license and own vehicle **Knowledge:** * Hotel sales strategies. * Knowledge of marketing strategies and advertising activities. * Knowledge and use of sales systems. * Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) (Opera, Innsist, Cloudbeds, Arpón) and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems (Simphony, Micros, etc). * Knowledge of service standards in full-service, select-service, limited-service, and/or boutique hotels. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Experience in customer and guest service. * Development of annual plans, forecasts, promotions, contracts, agreements, and quotations. * Negotiation of net rates, commissionable rates, agreements, and group rates. * Conflict resolution and objection handling skills.
