




**We are looking for a Warehouse Manager!** Join our team and ensure control, organization, and proper warehouse management by establishing and monitoring processes for goods receipt and dispatch, inventory control and timely supply, as well as preparing reliable reports enabling your immediate supervisor to know the actual inventory status and make timely decisions to prevent stockouts, shrinkage or overstock. **Functions and responsibilities** * Establish, document and monitor processes for controlling receipt and dispatch of raw materials, supplies and finished products. * Supervise proper receipt, storage and dispatch of goods according to established procedures. * Keep physical and system-based inventory records up to date, ensuring alignment between actual stock and records. * Conduct cyclic and physical inventory counts, identifying and correcting discrepancies. * Ensure timely material supply for production, avoiding stockouts or excess inventory. * Identify, report and follow up on incidents such as shrinkage, expirations, damages, shortages or surpluses. * Prepare and submit periodic inventory reports (daily, weekly and monthly) to your immediate supervisor. * Analyze inventory status and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness and proper layout in accordance with good practices. * Comply with and enforce safety, hygiene and internal control standards. **Job requirements** * Minimum education level: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration or related field preferred * Minimum **2 years** of experience in warehousing, inventory control or logistics (preferably in manufacturing). * Knowledge of: Inventory control Warehouse receipts and dispatches Supply and product rotation Report preparation Basic–intermediate proficiency in **Excel** and/or inventory management systems. **Competencies and skills** * Organization and control * Attention to detail * Analysis and problem solving * Responsibility and reliability * Effective communication * Process follow-up * Working under pressure Apply through this channel or send your CV to: 55 4815 4033 — it will be a pleasure to meet you!
