




**Regional Service Manager** **Position Purpose:** Process and monitor field warranty claims. Perform daily duties related to the Technical Service Department. Follow warranty policies and agreements consistent with Hendrickson standards. **Essential Functions:** * Process and monitor warranty claims in a timely manner; maintain quality records detailing part numbers and type of failure and explain all denied claims. * Ensure policies and procedures are followed. * Support and assist with technical service and field issues with customers and all Hendrickson departments, providing appropriate information in a timely manner. * Participate in product training sessions. * Support customer service and sales by providing technical expertise. * Update technical information on product specifications. * Work and participate in calculating safety stock and inventory levels for new products, warranty, and service materials. **Education and Training:** * Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, related Mechatronics. Years of experience will be considered. * Bilingual (Spanish / English). **Qualifications:** * Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in similar or equal position. * Excellent communication skills. * Extensive knowledge of trailer and truck suspension parts and service. * Strong mechanical problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work in a team environment. * Availability to travel.
