Quality Manager at FGR TRANSFORMACIONES METALICAS SA DE CV. ### **Main Responsibilities** * **Plan, direct, and control the quality management system** in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other applicable industry standards. * Supervise the **inspection and release of raw materials, processes, and finished products**. * Coordinate **internal and external audits** (customers, certification bodies, suppliers). * Manage **key quality indicators (PPM, scrap, rework, returns, audits)**. * Analyze root causes and define **corrective and preventive actions** in response to deviations or non-conformities. * Evaluate and develop **suppliers of critical materials and services**. * Oversee **metrology laboratories and calibration of measuring instruments**. * Promote a **culture of quality and continuous improvement** across all organizational levels. * Participate in the **development of new products or processes**, ensuring compliance with customer requirements. * Manage **documentation and records of the quality management system**. REQUIREMENTS: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 (desirable) standards. Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC). Problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa). Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings and geometric tolerances (GD\&T). Operation of measuring and calibration instruments. Intermediate-to-advanced technical English.
