A leading company in the industry is seeking: **PRODUCTION MANAGER** Position Objective: Ensure operational area efficiency through strategies that guarantee compliance with production and maintenance goals, according to established quality standards. Main Responsibilities: Plan and develop strategies to optimize departmental efficiency. Ensure planning, scheduling, and achievement of production targets. Adjust procedures based on machinery, equipment, and personnel skills. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of operations and facilities. Assign and monitor supervisor tasks, ensuring productivity and safety records are maintained. Develop and monitor the annual department budget. Lead continuous improvement projects and cost optimization initiatives. Interpret diagrams, specifications, and production orders. Coordinate special company projects. Manage assigned personnel (22 employees), promoting a stable work environment. Requirements: Education: Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or related field. (Technicians with extensive experience in the field may also be considered). Experience: 4 to 8 years coordinating Production and Maintenance in the metal-mechanical, machining, or appliance manufacturing industries. Knowledge: Production processes. Preventive and corrective maintenance. Machining centers. Quality management systems. ERP systems. Advanced Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel required).
