Position Summary: We are seeking a Unit Manager with experience in managing operations and personnel in industrial dining facilities, with a focus on quality and food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the management of operations and personnel in industrial dining facilities. 2. Ensures food quality and safety (ISO 9001, 22000). 3. Manages finance, budgets, inventories, and client negotiations. UNIT MANAGER Requirements: * 3–5 years of experience as Operations Manager/Manager in industrial dining facilities. * Completed bachelor's degree. * Experience in Quality Management Systems and Food Safety Processes. * Proficiency in ISO 9001 and 22000\. * Financial management. * Willingness to travel. * Personnel management. * Proven experience in managing industrial dining facilities. Responsibilities: * Establish performance metrics with subordinate staff to meet KPIs defined by senior management. * **Identify necessary training for staff jointly with Human Resources.** * Ensure timely compliance with current regulations established by competent authorities. * **Manage the weekly work plan with dining facility leaders.** * Control expenses and budgets. * **Reporting of results.** * **Dining facility financial reporting.** * **Management systems.** * **Warehouse and raw materials control.** * **Inventory management.** * **Certifications.** * **Coordination of services.** * **Client interaction and negotiation.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $4,000\.00 per week Work location: On-site employment
