Certification in forklift operation. Safety regulations for storage of electrical equipment and refrigerant gases. Document control in import and distribution processes. * Skills: Leadership and supervision of operational teams, Organization and discipline, Attention to detail and results-oriented, Effective communication with logistics, procurement, and sales. Orientation toward order and control, Planning ability, Operational leadership, Commitment to safety and efficiency. **Position Objective:** Ensure efficient control of inventory, receiving, storage, and dispatch of refrigeration and air conditioning spare parts and equipment, guaranteeing accuracy, organization, safety, and traceability across all logistical processes. The Warehouse Manager is key to business continuity, connecting import operations with distribution to customers and branches. **Main Responsibilities** **Inventory Management** Supervise incoming and outgoing goods. Keep the ERP system (Odoo or similar) updated. Perform cycle counts and inventory audits. **Receiving and Storage** Verify arrival conditions of containers and shipments. Ensure spare parts/equipment are stored according to refrigeration technical standards. Guarantee proper inventory rotation (FIFO / FEFO). **Dispatch and Distribution** Coordinate shipments to customers and branches. Ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery. Coordinate internal and external transportation. **Operational and Safety Management** Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks. Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety. Comply with industrial safety regulations (PPE usage, handling of gases/equipment). **Continuous Improvement** Propose improvements in receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. Optimize space and operational time.
