Participate in the emergency response team. **Job Description:** **Purpose of the Position** ======================== Ensure asset reliability and increase the efficiency of equipment, processes, machinery, and facilities through the coordination of technical resources under supervision, with motivation, measurement, and continuous development. **What Are We Looking For?** ========================== **1\. Education and Professional Skills:** * Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Administration, Mechatronics, Robotics. * Conversational English **2\. Knowledge / Skills:** * Experience in Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanical Instrumentation, Personnel Supervision, Planning, Maintenance Engineering, Maintenance Manager roles. * Practical and Technical Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) * Knowledge of Process Management * Knowledge of HACCP, GHPs * Maintenance software: MP, SAP * Excellent presentation skills (face-to-face/verbal communication) are essential * Experience managing maintenance teams (engineers and technicians) * Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance areas **What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities?** ==================================================== * Responsible for complying with and enforcing company policies, always grounded in the Five Principles, as well as supporting plant initiatives such as MSE, FMOS, 5S, TRM, risk analysis, etc., or any initiative decided upon by the plant or department. * Coordinate the availability of maintenance personnel (Senior Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Technicians) to ensure production support during operational hours and also during shutdown periods for preventive maintenance. * Ensure plant asset reliability and availability to safely produce products meeting expected quality standards. * Responsible for requesting and receiving services from external suppliers while adhering to MARS procurement processes. * Develop and promote the growth of personnel under supervision through clear objective setting and periodic reviews focused on maximizing team potential and consistently delivering results. * Ensure completion of assigned maintenance actions and delivery of expected business outcomes by maintaining equipment spare parts inventory, timely management of purchase orders, and flawless execution of technical area activities. * Responsible for supervising and ensuring compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures for all interventions performed by oneself or one’s team. * Participate in the Emergency Response Team, coordinating maintenance personnel for structural inspections, utility control measures, gas line inspections, etc. * Ensure product safety by complying with and enforcing plant-defined standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **What Can You Expect From MARS?** ================================= * Work alongside diverse and talented associates, all guided by the Five Principles. * Join a purpose-driven company where we strive to build the world we want tomorrow—today. * World-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our internal Mars University. * Competitive industry salary and benefits package, including company bonuses.
