Customer service focus and goal achievement **Querétaro Bus Terminal** We are a transportation service company offering the following vacancy: **Sales Point Supervisor**, for a **mixed shift**. **Job Objective:** Supervise and coordinate sales points at the terminal to ensure their proper operation, inventory supply, visual presentation, and administrative management, with a strong focus on delivering the best possible customer service to meet established sales targets. **Education** * Completed high school. **Certificate required** **Skills:** Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Service Orientation, Teamwork, Empathy, Proactivity. **Knowledge:** Desktop PC, Smartphone, Printer, Microsoft Office. **Responsibilities:** * Supervision of daily shift start-up. * Inventory control supervision. * Supervision of merchandise ordering and receipt. * Supervision of merchandise display and rotation. * Supervision of shift closing procedures. * Supervision of proper functioning of service equipment. * Staff supervision in assigned areas. * Inventory counts and cash reconciliations at sales points. * Incident handling. * Supervision of facility cleaning. **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, 9:00 PM to 5:00 PM **(one weekday day off)** **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $12,400.00 MXN * Additional food vouchers equivalent to 15% of salary * Savings fund contribution of 12% * Punctuality bonus of 2.5% * Attendance bonus of 2.5% * Christmas basket * School supplies vouchers for employees' children * Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo) of 24 days, exceeding statutory requirements * Vacation premium of 35% * Guaranteed PTU (Profit Sharing) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,400.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you reside in Querétaro?
