Lead, train, and motivate work teams **Vacancy: General Manager – Automotive Dealership** **Location:** Querétaro, Qro. **Company:** Zeekr \& Lynk \& Co **Job Description:** We are seeking a General Manager with extensive experience in the automotive industry, responsible for leading the dealership’s overall operations, ensuring achievement of commercial, financial, and service objectives, as well as team development and business profitability. **Responsibilities:** * Direct and supervise key departments: Sales, F\&I, After-sales, and Administration. * Ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets. * Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase vehicle and financial product placements. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and make strategic decisions. * Ensure compliance with processes, internal policies, and brand standards. * Lead, train, and motivate work teams. * Manage budget and control operational expenses. * Maintain relationships with manufacturing plants, financial institutions, and strategic partners. * Manage 3 dealerships (Querétaro, León, \& Aguascalientes) **Requirements:** * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as General Manager or Commercial Manager in an automotive dealership. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Strong results orientation and team leadership capability. * Solid knowledge of the automotive business (sales, F\&I, and after-sales). * Negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in performance metrics, budgeting, and commercial strategy. * Excellent executive presence. * Willingness to travel **We Offer:** * Base salary of $74,200 gross per month * Monthly food vouchers of $800 * Guaranteed commission of $20,000 gross per month for 3 months * Starting from the 4th month, 3% commission on dealership performance * **Statutory benefits.** * Complimentary uniforms * **Job stability and professional development.** * Subsidized cafeteria service at $40 Salary: $75,000\.00 \- $85,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Discounted cafeteria service * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
