Personalized attention to VIP clients and support in closing sales At the Chevrolet dealership, we seek a strategic leader to coordinate and empower our Fleet Division. The primary objective is to ensure compliance with GMFS standards, lead the sales team, and guarantee an exceptional experience for our corporate and government clients. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * **Age:** 30 to 50 years old. * **Experience:** Preferred experience in the automotive sector, handling tenders, and corporate (B2B) sales. * **Skills:** Team leadership, commercial vision, KPI management, and excellent interaction with VIP clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Leadership:** Ensure the sales team achieves high-performance goals and has the necessary tools. * **VIP Relationships:** Provide personalized attention and support in closing sales with key clients from the public and private sectors. * **Operational Management:** Supervise vehicle inventory, CRM administration, and active participation in government tenders. * **Brand Compliance:** Execute GMFS advertising/marketing initiatives and participate in programs required by General Motors de México (GMM). * **Customer Experience:** Guarantee the "Magic Delivery" of vehicles, elevating satisfaction standards. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Food vouchers * Subsidized cafeteria * Funeral assistance * Guaranteed salary of $25,000 gross per month (for 3 months), followed by commissions after the guaranteed salary period; reviewed during interviews.
