Your Compensation: Approximate Monthly Income: $11,000–$16,000 gross. Full Support: Direct employment and statutory benefits from day one. Your Key Responsibilities: Business Management: Oversee the store’s overall operations, ensuring profitability and KPI compliance. Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and guide your staff to achieve 3B service standards. Inventory Control: Strategically manage orders, control shrinkage, and reduce product turnover. Work Schedule: Rotating Shifts: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM and 12:00 PM–10:00 PM Workweek: Monday through Sunday, with one scheduled weekday off.
