




Main Responsibilities: * **Personnel Administration:** Manage employee records, facilitate onboarding processes, and monitor compliance with labor policies and regulations. * **Recruitment and Selection:** Support job postings, resume reviews, interview scheduling, and coordination of new employee hiring. * **Benefits and Compensation:** Assist with payroll administration, manage benefit requests, and provide employees with information regarding their compensation. * **Employee Relations:** Respond to inquiries, handle workplace issues, and act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve concerns. * **Training and Development:** Assist in planning and implementing training programs to ensure employee development. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Stay updated on federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. * Required Skills: * **HR Knowledge:** Understanding of various HR areas including compensation, benefits, recruitment, and labor relations. * **Administrative Skills:** Ability to efficiently manage office and administrative tasks. * **Communication:** Ability to interact clearly and effectively with employees and other stakeholders. * **Attention to Detail:** Essential for managing records, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
