Job Summary: PIMSA Ferreteros is seeking a Sales Executive to prospect clients, manage customer portfolios, collect payments, and drive field sales. Key Highlights: 1. Paid training 2. Work equipment (Laptop + mobile phone) PIMSA FERRETEROS, EXPANDING, IS SEEKING: **SALES EXECUTIVE** I. **Requirements:** * **Gender:** Unrestricted * **Marital status:** Unrestricted * **Age range:** 25 to 55 years old * **Education level:** Technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree * **Experience:** 2\-5 years of sales experience in the hardware industry (Preferred) * **Areas:** Experience in Construction / Distributors / Wholesale * **Additional requirements:** Personal vehicle (gasoline and maintenance support provided) * **Software:** Intermediate Microsoft Excel / ERP system proficiency * **Personal vehicle or motorcycle.** · **MUST HAVE NO TRANSPORTATION CONSTRAINTS** II. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect and survey potential clients * Submit competitor information * Provide personalized client service * Acquire new clients with on-site sales opportunities * Manage client portfolio * Monitor and track order traceability for clients * Collect outstanding payments from clients * Plan and manage client routes for sales generation and promotion of new products. III. **We Offer:** * Base salary: $12,000 gross per month \+ attractive commissions * Bi-weekly bonus. * Work equipment (Laptop \+ mobile phone) * Gasoline support \+ vehicle maintenance * Paid training * Monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual bonuses.
