REQUIREMENTS: Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related field (DEGREE REQUIRED) · 5 years of experience in a similar position (Excellent verifiable job stability) · Availability to work two shifts. · Availability for OVERTIME. **Supervisory experience with unionized personnel** **Intermediate-advanced English proficiency** · Proficient in: OMRON PLC / FANUC ROBOT / Robotics / Electrical / Hydraulic / Pneumatic / Mechanical systems. · Experience in spot welding processes (resistance welding) · Knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theories and principles, as well as blueprint reading, local and national electrical codes, properties of various materials, and operational principles and applications of electronic equipment. · Install, start up, and shut down equipment according to company safety procedures for machine activation and shutdown, in compliance with OSHA and NOM requirements.
