




A leading company in the sector is seeking: Human Resources Generalist Minimum 2 years of experience Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field 2–4 years in similar roles ***Main Responsibilities:*** **Personnel administration:** Employee onboarding and offboarding, contracts, personnel files, IMSS and other governmental agency transactions **Recruitment and selection:** Job postings, interviews, testing, onboarding new employees (operational staff). **Labor relations:** Conflict resolution, organizational climate, compliance with internal policies. **Payroll and inquiries:** Support in payroll calculations, attendance incidents, benefits, bonuses and perks, as well as clarifications when questions arise. **Safety and health:** Coordination of medical exams, health campaigns, compliance with STPS regulations, drug testing, and alcohol breathalyzer tests. **Internal communication:** Dissemination of announcements, corporate events, satisfaction surveys. **Required knowledge:** Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, payroll processing Advanced Excel, HR ERP systems, recruitment platforms Field recruitment Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Subsidized cafeteria service * Company phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site
