




Provide direct and confidential support to the General Management in planning, organizing, and controlling administrative activities, ensuring efficient time management, internal and external communication, and fulfillment of strategic commitments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the Director's schedule: coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and events. * Screen and route phone calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing matters according to their importance. * Prepare reports, minutes, presentations, and documents required by management. * Coordinate logistics for board meetings, corporate events, and executive visits. * Follow up on agreements, projects, and tasks assigned by management. * Maintain confidentiality of institutional and strategic information. * Assist in expense management, expense reporting, and administrative reports. * Serve as a liaison between management and other departments, clients, or suppliers. * Organize and safeguard physical and digital files of the executive area. * Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
