You’ll find us in automotive factories, packaging systems for the food industry, medical devices and laboratories. **Job Description** Perform the Tool Management area activities required according to the responsibilities of the Tool Presetter position, to maintain the supply of cutting tools to CNC machining production lines, and also comply with Robert Bosch policies and values. **Responsibilities** * Perform presetting of cutting tools for CNC machines in the production area. * Assemble cutting tools according to the standard and defined component sequence present in the TDM database. * Measure cutting tools on the Zoller machine in the Tool Management area to provide all data required by manufacturing for CNC machines. * Provide attention and technical support to resolve issues related to cutting tools and necessary adjustments. * Provide immediate support to production in the machining area, under the guidance and direction of the Tool Management area responsible personnel. * Address open OPL items during daily or periodic meetings with other business unit areas. * Supply cutting tools according to production area requests to maintain supply of complete tool assemblies per tool list part number. * Maintain inventory control of complete cutting tool assemblies for CNC machines and the Tool Management Area. * Maintain inventory control of durable components in the tool management area. * Maintain inventory control of consumable components in the tool management area. **Qualifications** **Education:** Industrial Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial TSU, Mechatronics TSU, Manufacturing TSU. **Knowledge:** * Knowledge of cutting tools for CNC. * Knowledge of tool holding systems. * Knowledge of CNC machining processes: Drilling, milling, grooving, tapping, reaming, contouring, finishing, engraving, etc. * Knowledge of Zoller/Uniset presetter equipment operation. * Knowledge of power tool usage. * Knowledge of hand tool usage. **Additional Information** *BOSCH is a proud supporter of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering \& Mathematics) Initiatives* Bosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
