Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar position. Knowledge and experience in: * Operation of measuring equipment. * Operation of workshop equipment (drill press, grinder, etc.). * Knowledge of pneumatics, mechanics, and electricity. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of CNC machine maintenance (Mazak, Haas, DMG Mori, and Okuma). * Adherence to documented procedures. * Monitoring and follow-up on corrective actions within the department. * Keeping department documentation up to date. **Main responsibilities** * CNC Machine Maintenance: Rigorously execute and document preventive and predictive maintenance plans for conventional and CNC machines (Mazak, Haas, DMG Mori, and Okuma). * Technical Diagnosis and Repair: Perform advanced diagnostics and efficient corrective repairs of failures in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems on CNC machines, minimizing downtime. * Precision Assurance: Carry out alignments, calibrations, and axis compensations (ball screws, linear guides) to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of machined parts. * Infrastructure Maintenance (Buildings): Perform basic and corrective maintenance on building facilities, including lighting, plumbing, air conditioning systems, and general workshop and office conditions. * Spare Parts Management: Identify component requirements, order technical spare parts (servomotors, sensors, fuses), and maintain an organized and updated inventory to enable agile support. * Safety and Housekeeping Culture: Strictly apply safety protocols (Lockout/Tagout), uphold 5S standards in the maintenance area, and comply with all applicable environmental regulations. **Benefits and perks** * Indefinite-term employment contract after 3 months. * Full-time schedule. * On-site work modality. * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits. * Awards for punctuality and attendance.
