**Cuauhtémoc University Querétaro Campus** **Bachelor's Degree in Architecture** Are you an expert in electrical installations and special systems applied to architectural projects? At the **Cuauhtémoc University Querétaro Campus**, we are seeking an honorarium-based instructor to join us immediately and guide our architecture students in the technical development of their projects. **Course:** Electrical and Special Installations **Classes already in progress** – Syllabus established and available **Class Schedule:** * Tuesdays, 4:30–6:00 PM * Wednesdays, 3:00–4:30 PM **Employment Modality:** Honorarium-based **Payment Scheme:** Per hour of instruction delivered **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree and professional license in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field * Experience in installations applied to architectural projects: residential, commercial, industrial, and service facilities * Up-to-date knowledge of CFE regulations, Civil Protection guidelines, technical criteria, and symbology * Proficiency in Revit MEP modeling * Teaching or technical training experience is desirable **Expected Knowledge Areas:** * Power generation and transmission (voltage levels, types of wiring, symbology, CFE regulations for various building types) * Integration of renewable energy sources into architectural projects * Electrical drawings: single-line diagrams, load schedules, circuits * Lighting design: illumination levels, luminaire calculations, specific lighting plans * Fire protection systems: extinguishers, hydrants, detectors, sprinklers, associated plans and regulations * Air conditioning: system types, thermal load calculations, symbology, installation criteria * Voice and data systems: network nodes, network types, symbology, and plans * Daylighting and acoustics: regulations, spatial analysis, applied plans * Special circulation systems: electric stairs, ramps, transfer belts, and elevators **Responsibilities:** * Deliver classes aligned with the established syllabus * Assess students’ technical progress * Contribute practical expertise to complement academic development **Are you interested?** Send us your CV along with supporting documents.
