




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customs Supervisor with experience in customs clearance to oversee the entire process and coordinate procedures with customs authorities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive supervision of the customs clearance process 2. Coordination and follow-up with customs brokers 3. Management of corrections and clarifications with customs authorities We require: Supervisor for the Customs Department Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business or related field Experience: 2–4 years in customs clearance Technical knowledge: Customs Law and its regulations, current General Rules of Foreign Trade (RGCE), basic tariff classification; systems: VUCEM, Digital Window, SAAI, SIGA, SAT; document handling (manifests, BLs, invoices, packing lists, and certificates) English: 65% or 75% proficiency in conversation Key Activities: * Supervise the complete customs clearance process at all stages (pre-clearance, data entry, review, validation, payment, and modulation). * Verify that customs entries are accurately entered, contain truthful data, and are supported by complete documentation. * Coordinate and follow up with customs brokers to expedite cargo loading and unloading. * Authorize and validate customs entries prior to payment and modulation. * Coordinate corrections, clarifications, and procedures with customs authorities when necessary. * Monitor the status of operations and ensure timely and proper release. * Control and validate costs related to handling, storage, and associated services. * Prepare daily or weekly operational reports (entry status, clearance times, delays, incidents). * Maintain digital or physical files updated in accordance with legal requirements. * Coordinate with the billing or accounting department for operation closures.
